Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Defense Mission Analyst to lead the end-to-end execution of DoD RDT&E or S&T programs for Navy missions. You will analyze complex systems, policies, and processes, guiding client teams and stakeholders to deliver defense solutions that support national security objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape roadmaps, KPIs, and strategies, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining security clearances.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end DoD RDT&E or S&T programs from initiation to closure, delivering on-time and within budget.
• 8+ years of cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, design, finance, and marketing to align and report to stakeholders.
• 5+ years defining strategic vision for technical programs, roadmaps, objectives, and KPIs. Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel) and familiarity with UAS and expeditionary forces applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of DoD RDT&E or S&T programs from initiation to closure.
• Guide Navy and service partners on complex missions, defense planning, and mission capability solutions.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes and communicate findings to stakeholders.
