Job summary
ACT1 Federal is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to provide requirements analysis, architecture, interface, systems integration, verification, advanced-manufacturing, and strategic planning in support of defense industrial base and shipyard decisions.
The position requires an Active Top Secret clearance, 10+ years in systems engineering or related fields, and the ability to develop requirements matrices, conduct trade studies, prepare executive briefings, and present defensible
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years in systems engineering or related field.
- Experience developing and managing requirements and communicating findings.
- Experience integrating information from multiple disciplines into defensible recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Responsibilities
- Apply systems engineering to defense programs and emerging requirements.
- Develop requirements matrices, models, and traceability products.
- Integrate production, supplier, and infrastructure information.
- Prepare executive briefings, issue papers, and decision memoranda.
- Monitor progress and escalate matters needing government direction.
