Job summary

Reflexive Concepts seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to perform cybersecurity assessments on large-scale DoD systems and act as a technical leader on the program. The role requires extensive Systems Engineering experience, a TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph, and strong leadership in cross-functional teams, aligning with mission objectives

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Systems Engineering experience
• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
• Relevant BS degree in a STEM field
• 6 years as a Systems Engineer lead with cross-team leadership

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity assessments of large-scale DoD systems and lead program technical efforts.
• Provide independent verification & validation of security requirements and capabilities.
• Evaluate contractor proposals for system resiliency, security, and cybersecurity considerations.
• Mentor and lead a team of systems engineers to optimize performance and collaboration.
