Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Alabama. The role combines designing and building new software, sustaining existing applications, and serving as a technical lead to ensure quality across development teams.

Required are fourteen years of Software Engineer experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (with substitution options), and an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; substitution option available
• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph

Responsibilities

• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features
• Debug existing software and correct defects
• Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure work adheres to process
• Confer with system and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and capabilities
• Write or review software documentation and improve processes
