Partner Company in the United States seeks a Manager Supply Chain Programs 3 to lead a team of Supply Chain Planning Specialists and drive strategic planning across defense programs. You will develop supplier agreements, oversee material planning, and coordinate with PMOs to meet delivery commitments.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with program management and plant leadership to optimize cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or management-related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in the defense industry.
• Strong experience in supply chain management, program execution, material planning, and supplier coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of Supply Chain Planning Specialists (Material Program Managers).
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for munitions acceleration and multi-year supplier agreements.
• Oversee material planning and execution across a portfolio of programs.
• Coordinate with PMOs and cross-functional teams to meet material, schedule, and delivery commitments.
• Develop and monitor mitigation plans for supplier-related risks and disruptions.
• Manage end-to-end program performance including costs, forecasting, and risk management.
