Job summary

Bell in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Contracts Senior Professional to establish optimal long-term, high-dollar procurement contracts supporting Programs and Integrated Product Team leads.

The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and finance, negotiates with suppliers, ensures compliance with government contracting regulations, and drives strategic sourcing outcomes.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in defense procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Experience with DOD / USG Procurement Contracts for military / defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate suppliers fit with strategic purchasing contracts and issue RFPs.
• Facilitate bid evaluations and down-selection processes.
• Prepare negotiation strategies and conduct contract negotiations with cost models and tools.
• Negotiate with the supply base to meet internal objectives and finalize awards.
• Build relationships with vendors and internal teams across Bell's engineering, manufacturing, finance, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and internal requirements.
