Job summary

Textron’s Bell subsidiary in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Contracts Associate. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure across functions while helping drive cost and lead time savings on a global supply chain.

Responsibilities include learning FAR/DFARS, executing SCM policies, collaborating with engineering and operations, and drafting/negotiating contracts and sourcing documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Integrated Operations, or Finance required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Execute SCM policies within an assigned commodity strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to reduce cost and lead time.
• Analyze requirements and draft/negotiate contracts and proposals.
• Review and negotiate various business documents for compliance.
• Understand commercial sales basics and risk terms.
