Job summary

Arkeus seeks a senior Proposal Manager to own and drive win strategies for US defence bids. You will lead proposals from RFP release through submission, coordinating engineers, program leads and executives to produce persuasive, compliant responses.

You will manage ITAR/EAR compliance, pricing collaboration, and a scalable content library, while targeting domestic and international defence opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years writing or managing US government proposals with a track record of winning contracts worth US$5M+.
• Hands-on experience with DoD solicitations, including L/M analysis, compliance matrices and colour-team reviews.
• Experience with fast acquisition routes (OTAs, DIU, SBIR/STTR) and non-US defense markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid processes from RFP release to submission.
• Write and edit proposal volumes, ensuring technical, management and past performance content is cohesive and compliant.
