Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Program Manager 3 to lead AARGM and AARGM-ER development programs within the Advanced Weapons Business Unit in Northridge, CA. This on-site role requires a DoD Secret clearance with SAP eligibility and oversees cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple phases of development and testing.

The candidate will manage IPTs, report program metrics, and engage with customers and management to drive successful proposals and contracts while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in managing development programs or Master's with 8+ years.
Experience leading high-performing cross-functional development teams in aerospace/defense.
Proficiency with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain SAP clearance.
