Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems is seeking an AARGM Production Program Manager for the Advanced Weapons Business Unit in Northridge, CA. This full-time, on-site role requires a current US government Secret clearance to manage production of the AARGM missile and related contracts.

The role leads cross-functional IPTs, maintains DoD relationships, and drives program performance across cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of program management experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and DoD program relationships.
• Proficiency with EVMS, IMS, and cost control methods.
• Current US Government Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Manage DoD customer relationships and contract performance.
• Develop and brief executive-level presentations to leadership.
• Support budget baselines and master schedule adherence.
• Coordinate resources and risk management for program success.
