Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an AARGM Production Program Manager for the Northridge, CA site. The role leads production of the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and technical performance.

You will manage DoD customer relationships, develop executive briefings, and drive budgets using earned value management. This on-site position requires a Secret clearance and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of program management experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of managing production programs and leading cross-functional teams in aerospace/defense.
• Experience delivering tasks on schedule and within cost as lead or CAM.
• Experience with executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated risk, issues and opportunities management.
• Experience with firm fixed price (FFP) projects.
• Proficiency with EVMS, IMS, and risk management processes.
• Active US Government Secret clearance with ability to get clearance for SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.
• Manage DoD customer relationships.
• Measure and report program performance.
• Brief executive-level presentations to customer leadership and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, changes, budgets, schedules and key terms.
• Support and lead budgets with EVMS/IMS/risk management.
• Identify and manage program resources and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with Government Property for GFE/CFE.
• Support IWO and Independent Suppliers to meet objectives.
• Adhere to internal processes and industry standards.
• Develop and adhere to master plans and schedules.
• Conduct risk and opportunity management.
• Support and lead proposal preparation.
