Job summary

CAE Defense & Security is seeking a Director of Pricing to lead a global, scalable pricing strategy and governance framework. You will partner with program teams, finance, and government counterparts to ensure compliant, accurate pricing that wins through data-driven decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in pricing and government contracting, strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, and a U.S. citizen status. You will mentor a pricing team and drive corporate growth under CAE's five-year strategic plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years in pricing, cost estimating, or program finance within U.S. defense.
Strong pricing, cost strategy, and government contracting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a comprehensive pricing strategy aligned with CAE Defense & Security growth objectives.
Oversee cost estimates, BOEs, and pricing submissions for competitive and sole-source proposals.
Drive governance, compliance, and process improvements in pricing across business units.
Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Program Management and Business Development for alignment.
