Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Pensacola, FL seeks a Rapid Prototyping Mission Technology Lead to design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs for our Global Defense Market, aligning capabilities with corporate strategy and mission goals.

You will guide Agile development of roadmaps, mentor teams, partner with clients to close mission gaps across C5ISR, autonomy, and warfighter technology, and deliver innovative digital solutions in a fast-moving, secure environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Department of War.
• 6+ years in defense mission technical support, including PM/advisory roles.
• Experience delivering digital technologies to the DoW, including cloud or edge systems.
• Experience leading teams in technology development or operations (C2/ISR).
• Experience coordinating testing events for disruptive systems.
• Ability to vet team members and build a cross-functional tiger team.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the most advanced digital solutions and mentor teams.
• Partner with clients to understand mission-critical gaps and translate into solutions.
• Lead Agile development of project roadmaps, milestones, and metrics.
• Coordinate across DTG and Global Defense Sector to drive impact.
