Job summary

Responsibilities include processing receipts and issues, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with Government Property Control. Forklift operation and handling of classified material may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or equivalent required by law.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or powered industrial vehicles.
• Knowledge of MRP, receiving, inventory, and material data.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, distribute, and fulfill orders for materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Process receiving, material issue, and inventory transactions using enterprise systems.
• Maintain accurate stockroom, inventory, receiving, and system data.
• Organize stockroom and storage areas for efficient operations.
• Research material shortages and discrepancies and assist problem-solving.
• Apply established material receiving, inventory control, and handling procedures.
• Support Government Property Control requirements for accountable materials.
• Handle and process classified material when required.
• Operate forklifts and powered vehicles as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of receiving and warehouse operations.
