Aleron is seeking an Advanced Stock / Receiving Associate in Canonsburg, PA to support material receiving, inventory control, stockroom operations, and order fulfillment for defense programs.

The role requires hands-on experience with MRP/ERP and strong attention to accuracy, safety, and process improvements. Forklift operation and ability to lift heavy items are part of daily duties in a bustling stockroom environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in material receiving, stockroom ops, or inventory control.
• 2+ years handling receipts, issues, transfers, and order fulfillment.
• 2+ years using MRP/ERP or receiving systems.
• 2+ years maintaining inventory records and investigating discrepancies.
• 1+ year operating forklift or power vehicle.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, process, label, and store incoming materials.
• Process receipts, issues, transfers, and other inventory transactions in MRP and receiving systems.
• Maintain accurate stockroom and inventory records.
• Pick, pack, distribute, and fulfill material requests according to production needs.
• Research discrepancies and shortages, then support corrective actions.
• Operate forklifts and other power industrial vehicles safely.
• Handle customer-owned property and maintain required records.
• Support cross-functional teams and continuous improvement activities.
