KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistics Subject Matter Expert to lead and advise logistics efforts in support of Advanced Battle Management Systems (ABMS) tactical command and control programs. This position requires interaction with internal teams, senior leadership, and external agencies.

The role focuses on developing IPS strategies, maintenance planning, LORA analyses, and readiness milestones to ensure mission effectiveness and secure, timely delivery of capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 8–10+ years of relevant logistics experience required.
• 5+ years within MAJCOM, SPO, or Depot Supply Chain environments preferred.
• Deep understanding of AF Instruction 23-101 (Material Management).
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in planning, presenting, and publishing logistics analyses.

Responsabilités

• Serve as logistics advisory lead for time-critical, high-visibility C2 and ABMS programs.
• Develop and evaluate Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategies across all 12 IPS elements.
• Review system reliability, availability, maintainability, and lifecycle cost metrics to ensure mission effectiveness.
• Create, assess, and maintain logistics documentation throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including fielding and support milestones.
• Lead acquisition logistics efforts spanning planning, integration, sustainment, rapid prototyping, and transition to operational use.
• Facilitate logistics-focused working groups and Integrated Logistics Support Management Teams across enterprise efforts.
• Coordinate lifecycle support strategies and logistics integration efforts for deployable systems and agile operational environments.
