KBR's AFLCMC/WIH program office seeks a Senior Specialist Logistics Fleet Management to lead and optimize logistics across defense programs. You will analyze supply chains, manage fleet activities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clearance required: Active Secret clearance.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience overall; minimum 5 years within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or related logistics discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience supporting defense or a comparable technical industry.
• Strong knowledge of defense logistics management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience leading, mentoring or supervising personnel.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support logistics and fleet management activities across defense programs.
• Analyze logistics data and develop plans to improve supply chain, inventory and distribution performance.
• Coordinate and manage monthly reporting requirements in accordance with customer timeframes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with defense stakeholders and program partners.
• Support governance, assurance and workforce management activities, including compliance and reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and service delivery.
• Review technical, contractual and operational information to identify provisioning, maintenance and support requirements.
• Monitor inventory and distribution activities to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to team members.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, risk management and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and key stakeholders within your area of responsibility.
