The attorney will own significant aspects of cases from early strategy through resolution, handling client communications and litigation execution in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in defense‑oriented civil litigation.
• Experience handling depositions, motions, and case management independently.
• Ability to manage a billable caseload and meet productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other substantive legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in hearings as needed.
• Oversee and execute discovery strategy, including document review and production.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop case strategy.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical analysis.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy.
• Ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met across all active matters.
