Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of defense litigation experience in Orange County or 10+ years in insurance defense litigation with trial experience in Los Angeles.
• Active California state bar membership.
• Knowledge of civil procedure rules and court filing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with case handling and manage various defense matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and briefs.
• Prepare exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials.
