• Minimum 5 years in leadership supporting Army programs.
• Familiarity with IDIQ/BPA/T&M/Cost-Plus/Firm Fixed Price contracts.
• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across Army portfolios.
• Represent Navigator to Army clients and at defense events.
• Lead and mentor staff; align programs and ensure contract execution.
• Support budget development and financial planning for capture and programs.
