Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks an Analyst SME (PTC) to plan, schedule, and manage CWMD training events and exercises. You will provide realistic CWMD training support addressing USSOCOM and GCC requirements, including MSEL construction and scenario development.

You will coordinate with units on training objectives, prepare control instructions, conduct assessments, and assist with after-action reviews to ensure continuity across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Training event facilitation, assisting in curricula design, exercise design and development, training/exercise plan construction.
• Master Scenario Events Listing (MSEL) construction
• Developing control cell instructions and guidance; and performing training/exercise assessments.
• Maintain coordination with units and organizations on training requirements throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
• Provide tactical-level target support to meet CWMD training needs
• Maintain exercise control support during execution of events with trained personnel
• Attend all exercise JELC events
• Assist with scenario development and CWMD equipment management
• Collect and summarize data into reports for USSOCOM and partners
• Contribute to after action reviews and reports
• Other duties as assigned
