Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. is seeking a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst in Fort Worth, TX, onsite to join our Global Trade Compliance team. You will apply export/import laws, serve as a program liaison, and develop solutions for complex regulatory issues across Bell’s global operations.

You will lead training efforts, assess risks, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, programs, and legal teams. A active US DoD Secret clearance is preferred, with extensive experience in FMS/DCS and ITAR/EAR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business, regulatory, or technical field.
• Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and/or other contracting scenarios.
• Experience researching, interpreting, and applying EAR; ITAR experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement advanced export/import control concepts.
• Ability to build effective cross-functional teams across departments.
• Experience identifying training needs and delivering training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply export/import laws and regulations to determine appropriate actions.
• Act as direct operational point of contact on behalf of Manager and provide regulatory interpretation guidance.
• Serve as liaison to a program and provide dedicated program support including developing solutions on complex issues.
• Attend program meetings representing the Trade Compliance group and act as a primary contact with decision-making authority.
• Prepare and administer export/import authorization applications and review company materials for exportability.
• Approve foreign travel and foreign visitors and perform sanctioned party list screenings.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits and prepare reports with maintained records.
• Develop and present global trade related training and improve compliance programs including automation projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to maintain a positive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
