Devine Management Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced contracts leader for an onsite role in Northampton, MA. You will oversee negotiations, proposals, contract administration, risk, and lead a team of contracts professionals.

Required are an active Secret clearance, roughly 9+ years in defense contracting and management, and deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, CAS, and FAR Part 15 negotiations, including CPFF/FFP contracts and portfolio management.

This is an onsite role.

The ideal candidate will have experience with contracts and will manage negotiations, proposals, contract administration, risk, and a team of contracts professionals.

Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance.


• Approximately 9+ years of relevant experience, including substantial defense contracting and management experience.


• FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, CAS, and FAR Part 15 negotiations.


• CPFF/FFP contracts and complex portfolio management.

CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM preferred. Interview travel is reimbursed; relocation may be available.
