Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, government, defense, operations, finance, program delivery, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Experience producing client-ready deliverables using PowerPoint, Excel, and written reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor information for teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined workstreams with guidance, delivering outputs on time and with quality.
• Develop structured deliverables including briefings, analyses, and program artifacts.
• Support day-to-day client interactions through meetings, notes, actions, and follow-up.
• Build understanding of client priorities and connect tasks to organizational goals.
• Contribute to agile, sprint-based execution while handling multiple tasks and changes.
• Identify issues, propose practical improvements, and capture lessons learned.
