ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide budget formulation and execution, financial controls, forecasting, reconciliation, and senior financial reporting in support of defense programs.

The role requires reviewing Navy budget submissions, identifying funding sources, and advising senior leaders. This in-office position is contingent on contract award and requires Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 10 years’ experience in financial management, budgeting, or program execution.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Extensive knowledge of Navy PPBE and related organizations.

Responsibilities

• Review Navy budget submissions, justification materials, and expenditure reports to support funding decisions.
• Develop funding alternatives and assess program effects, risks, and actions.
• Advise senior Navy leaders with funding assessments, briefs, and multi-year strategies.
