Job summary

Virtualitics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead the FSI and Defense Industrial Base territory, owning strategy, team quota, pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and execution across named strategic integrators and defense companies.

The Senior Sales Director will build and scale three complementary growth motions: sell-to opportunities for an internal use; sell-through opportunities via integrator-led programs; and embedded/OEM opportunities as part of partner solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in federal/defense/enterprise software or AI sales.
• Experience leading quota-carrying teams and territory strategy.
• Proven success with sell-to/sell-through/co-sell motions.
• Strong understanding of government procurement and program lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FSI/DIB territory strategy and team quota attainment.
• Drive pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and revenue delivery.
• Build executive relationships with customers, partners, and programs.
• Coach Account Executives through complex federal sales cycles.
