Serco is seeking a Senior Logistics & Program Management Professional to support DoD acquisition, sustainment and lifecycle management programs. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• 20+ years of DoD acquisition logistics experience.
• Experience with MDAPs or equivalent complex programs.
• Experience advising senior leaders and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition logistics planning and execution across all DoD lifecycle phases.
• Develop Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Product Support Strategies, IPS documentation, and sustainment analyses.
• Provide expertise across the 12 IPS elements and RAMS analyses.
• Analyze and optimize global supply chains supporting defense and aerospace systems.
• Support FMS logistics planning with international partners.
• Advise senior leaders on acquisition strategy, logistics modernization, and workforce development.
