Job summary

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Research and Business Analysis Support/Business Analyst III to support the OUSD(I&S). The role requires collecting and analyzing data from technical reports, field data, and policy documents to inform defense acquisition decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with intelligence and government partners, preparing staff packages for senior audiences, and developing policy and budget-related documentation.

Qualifications

• Ten years of specialized federal business analysis/strategic communications experience.
• Executive level support experience within DoD and other federal agencies.
• Experience leading and providing technical guidance across high-complexity projects.
• Experience managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.
• Strong customer service, initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to inform decision-making in defense acquisition and sustainment.
• Interface with IC, US Government, and external orgs to expand understanding of critical issues.
• Develop staffing packages for senior audiences including the Secretary of Defense and NSC.
• Prepare milestone status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with acquisition, logistics and engineering teams to align research with operations.
