Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree in geology, geophysics, petroleum geoscience, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of oil and gas industry experience in field development, reservoir management, or production operations.
• Strong understanding of reservoir geology, seismic interpretation, petrophysics, and geological modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated subsurface leadership for field development, reservoir management, and production optimization.
• Integrate seismic, well logs, core, pressure data, and reservoir results to maintain coherent reservoir understanding.
• Lead or coordinate subsurface input to field-development plans, depletion strategies, and enhanced-recovery opportunities.
• Monitor asset performance, investigate underperformance, and recommend surveillance or intervention activities.
• Mentor staff and promote consistent subsurface workflows and data stewardship.
