Qualifications

7 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization
Experience leading projects of varying size and complexity
Proven ability to apply technology to business problems

Responsibilities

Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation and with external partners
Mentor colleagues on technical and business aspects of projects and consultations
Define issues and approaches for studies and projects; drive implementation of solutions
Create and develop methods of analysis, data modeling and performance measurement
Model data sources and flows; define policies and security frameworks for knowledge delivery
Interpret raw data and statistical results; prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
Develop complex programs using SAS, R, SQL and other DB2/Teradata/Oracle tools
Perform other duties as assigned
