Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Three (3) years' experience in roles including but not limited to finance, accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and data analytics.
• 1+ year of lead/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial and integration activities to deliver outcomes and support organizational goals.
• Provide high-quality, high-value reporting to customers on a continual basis.
• Build and update functional dashboards to provide users with enhanced visibility into financial data across corporate and member org levels.
• Serve as the center for training and support to management and performance reporting systems.
• Coordinate training and continuous education for non-finance team members at Corporate or Member Organizations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
