Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) is seeking a Senior Decision Science Developer in Revenue Management Systems.

You will build, scale, and validate predictive models and forecasting logic that power dynamic pricing and inventory decisions across the fleet. You will write production-grade SQL and Python, design scalable forecasting algorithms, and translate results into actionable insights for commercial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline.
• 3–5 years of data science or modeling experience, especially impacting pricing/forecasting.
• Experience with large datasets in cloud or enterprise environments.
• Experience presenting complex outputs clearly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain scalable predictive models for pricing, bookings, and revenue optimization.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
• Collaborate with end users to translate business needs into workable modeling solutions.
• Monitor calibration thresholds and automate forecasting workflows.
• Develop A/B tests and attribution studies to quantify revenue impacts of pricing changes.
• Create dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to communicate results to stakeholders.
• Partner with IT and business teams to productionize prototypes.
