Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of software engineering or quantitative research on large-scale production systems.
• 2+ years building and operating data-intensive production systems for large user bases.
• 2+ years implementing RL, OR methods, or simulation-driven decision systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python 3.x; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with Ray RLlib or equivalent distributed frameworks.
• Experience with Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake.
• Experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry.
• Shipping production-grade systems beyond research or prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and operate ML and decisioning pipelines.
• Develop production pipeline systems, MLOps, feature engineering, and scoring workflows.
• Monitor performance and optimize decisioning under clinical and operational constraints.
