Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Decision Intelligence to build, deploy, and operate production ML and decisioning pipelines for the NBA Decision Intelligence Platform.

You will focus on production pipeline development, MLOps, feature engineering, scoring workflows, monitoring, and optimization-aware decisioning. Collaboration with ML/data/platform engineers, product owners and decision engine teams is essential for reliable, auditable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in computer science or relevant field.
• 5+ years building and operating large-scale production systems with data-intensive platforms.
• 2+ years implementing RL or optimization in production.
• Proficiency in Python 3.x; PyTorch or TensorFlow for policy networks.
• Experience with Ray RLlib or equivalent distributed frameworks.
