Qualifications

Ability to perform system-level and board-level diagnostics.
Experience with root-cause analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
Perform advanced-level debugging on failed PCBAs and electronic systems.
Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in developing and improving test procedures and fixtures.
Skills
Strong understanding of analog & digital electronics, signal integrity, and circuit behavior
Ability to perform system-level and board-level diagnostics
Advanced schematic reading and troubleshooting methodology
Root-cause analysis and failure trend reporting
Familiarity with quality systems (ISO, IPC standards like IPC-A-610)
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Education
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
4–8+ years of experience in electronics test/debug or manufacturing/engineering support
Experience in EMS companies or similar environments
