Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test/production environments.
• 2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics.
• Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Performs debug and test assemblies to component level, using diagrams and schematics.
• Performs tester maintenance and upkeep.
• Troubleshoots operator problems; assists in training and process improvements.
• Communicates problems to Test Engineer/leader.
• Assists in failure analysis and root cause analysis.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Works with minimal supervision and guidance.
