Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, data analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years in debt capital markets, treasury, or financial advisory.
• Expert Excel modeling and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for large data sets.
• Knowledge of municipal debt structuring and credit metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance of quantitative models for UVA’s Internal Bank and 100-year debt horizon.
• Model debt capacity and affordability; track portfolio and compliance.
• Prepare scenario analyses and executive-ready presentations for leadership and committees.
• Serve as liaison with Financial Advisors; integrate inputs into models and reports.
• Provide regular forecasting and reporting for internal bank capitalization and budgets.
