Qualifications

• 2–5 years of real estate experience with emphasis on multi-housing.
• Ability to navigate the GSE loan process (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA).
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; able to interface with top-level executives.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented with good time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare debt/equity offering memorandums with research and financial modeling.
• Perform complex financial modeling and underwriting using market data and comps.
• Manage due diligence and drive marketing/closing processes with Producers, market, and clients.
• Build data-driven insights from databases to inform pitches and client decisions.
• Develop financing alternatives and expand client network through meetings and industry events.
• Participate in weekly deal-flow discussions with Producers.
