Job summary

JLL in Denver is seeking a Debt Analyst to focus on the placement of debt and/or equity for commercial real estate transactions. You will be involved in underwriting, market research, term sheet negotiation, and closing while collaborating in a high-energy, team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of financial analysis experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a team. Knowledge of Excel, Argus, and databases is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of financial analysis experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial modeling for CRE transactions.
• Prepare debt and/or equity offering memorandums.
• Manage the due diligence and marketing/closing processes.
• Analyze leases, loan documents, and appraisals for issues.
• Develop financing alternatives for consideration.
• Build client network through meetings and industry events.
