Arkansas Colleges of Health Education (ACHE) in Fort Smith, AR, seeks an Assistant or Associate Dean of Primary Care to advance ARCOM’s primary care mission across education, clinical service, and workforce development. This senior academic leader will align departmental programs with osteopathic medical education standards and ARCOM’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree with DO and board certification.
• Authorized to practice in the US with an unrestricted license.
• Experience leading medical education programs.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and processes.
• Experience with rural/underserved workforce development.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the Department of Primary Care.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive departmental plan.
• Lead faculty development and evaluations.
• Coordinate curriculum integration with Biomedical Sciences.
• Oversee accreditation readiness and program assessment.
• Foster partnerships to expand rural and underserved training.
