Job summary

PureCars is seeking a Senior Dealer Success Manager to lead post-sale relationships with automotive groups across the US and Canada. You will guide data-driven marketing strategies, provide proactive insights, and drive ROI for dealer portfolios.

A consultative approach and cross-functional collaboration will be essential to expand usage and profitability. In this role, you’ll educate clients on platform capabilities, present performance insights, and collaborate with our OEM Partnerships Team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage post-sale relationships with automotive client executives.
• Strong data analysis with the ability to translate metrics into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep knowledge of online media channels and ad-tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale client relationships and growth across US/Canada.
• Deliver proactive strategic insights based on performance and market dynamics.
• Educate clients on platform usage and drive increased utilization.
• Expand book of business through product adoption and rooftop growth.
• Present ROI-focused updates to dealership executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer success initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
