Job summary

Kia America is seeking a Sr. Auditor – External to lead dealer incentive audits, planning, fieldwork, and reporting. The role ensures compliance with sales policies and state regulations, working under Internal Audit management and interfacing with dealerships and regional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of audit experience, automotive dealership exposure, and strong analytical skills, with substantial travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIA or CFE preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute dealer incentive audits in accordance with the annual audit plan.
• Perform audit planning, testing, fieldwork, and documentation.
• Ensure audits are completed within established time budgets.
• Verify dealer compliance with Kia America sales policies and incentive program requirements.
• Travel domestically up to 60–75%.
