Job summary

Crown Automotive Group, a multi-location automotive group headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL, seeks an experienced Internal Auditor to perform audits and testing across multiple departments ensuring compliance with Crown policies and state/federal laws.

The role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and detailed reporting abilities. Responsibilities include auditing accounting, F&I, service, parts, and body shop; inventory compliance; and preparing findings for COO/CFO.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to analyze problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential problem areas and develop standardized testing plans.
• Conduct audits across accounting, F&I, service, parts, and body shop to ensure compliance.
• Attend to administrative duties and findings review.
• Perform inventory compliance audits for vehicle inventory and labeling.
• Compile reports and communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Suggest corrective actions and participate in regulatory updates.
