Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Deal Strategy Architect to lead holistic integration of price-to-win, deal intelligence, and competitive strategy for priority captures. This senior role shapes procurement strategies, aligns pricing with contracts, and maximizes Probability of Win (Pwin) while balancing execution risk.

In this role you will mentor teams, develop data-driven PTW recommendations, and drive strategic pricing for complex, high-value bids across domestic and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in finance or business administration (or equivalent).
• 18+ years of professional experience; federal contracting preferred.
• 12+ years of Federal Government Contracting experience.
• 5+ years cost estimating experience with pricing strategies.
• Experience with high-value price proposals (FFP, T&M, Cost-plus).
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS pricing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of price-to-win, deal intelligence, and competitive strategy for priority capture.
• Mentor deal strategy teams and embed best practices across the organization.
• Analyze market shifts, pricing, and bid decisions.
• Develop PTW recommendations and bid strategies for complex bids.
• Create reusable deal artifacts and models.
