Job summary

OpenAI seeks a senior individual contributor to shape and execute high-impact commercial opportunities. You will embed with AMER account teams, leading deal strategy, structuring, and negotiations to close complex contracts.

You will translate deal insights into practical frameworks, tools, and resources that standardize and accelerate execution across the field, partnering with Sales, Pricing, Finance, Product, and Legal to stay aligned with product guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in deal strategy and commercial negotiations for high-value opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex product and commercial concepts into executive-ready materials.
• Strong cross-functional partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AMER account teams on complex, high-value opportunities from strategy to closure.
• Develop deal strategies aligning customer priorities with OpenAI objectives.
• Create executive- and CFO-ready proposals, ROI analyses, and business cases for complex deals.
• Support customer conversations with clear recommendations and rationale.
• Build ROI frameworks, templates, and value narratives for field teams.
