Qualifications

• 3+ years of focus on DDR5 or similar high-speed memory technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate new DDR5 power modules and memory controllers through bench measurements and validation.
• Analyze DDR5 modules to improve performance and power efficiency at system level.
• Develop and maintain bench automation software and simulation models for DDR5 power consumption.
