Job summary

Divcon in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Field DDC Engineer to lead Delta Controls DDC deployments in data centers nationwide. You will hands-on program GCL+ logic, deploy enteliWEB, and drive system integration with PLCs and SCADA tools.

You will mentor junior engineers, oversee complex projects without direct reports, and travel extensively to client sites to ensure quality and performance. Strong technical leadership required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on DDC programming with Delta Controls focus.
• Expert in GCL+ programming, controller configuration, and enteliWEB.
• Experience commissioning BAS/BMS/EPMS in field environments.
• Strong knowledge of BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP, and networks.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects without direct supervision.
• Travel 50–60% and willingness for extended site assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, configuration, deployment, and commissioning of Delta Controls DDC systems for data centers.
• Program complex GCL+ logic, HVAC sequences, alarms, scheduling, and recovery.
• Configure enteliWEB graphics, dashboards, roles, and connectivity.
• Develop controller databases, I/O structures, and device bindings.
• Integrate with PLCs, Ignition SCADA, Kepware, OPC UA, BACnet/MS, and Modbus.
• Troubleshoot communications, data integrity, and performance issues.
• Own project workstreams from design through turnover and support continuous improvement.
