Divcon is seeking a Lead Field DDC Engineer in the Dallas, TX area to drive Delta Controls DDC projects from design to commissioning. You will lead technical teams, define control strategies, and ensure high-quality, maintainable DDC deliverables across data-center scale facilities.

The role requires expert DDC programming, GCL+ proficiency, enteliWEB deployment, and extensive travel (50–60%). A strong background in BACnet/IP, MS/TP, and Modbus TCP is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DDC programming, building automation, or controls engineering.
• 2+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience.
• Expert-level with Delta Controls GCL+ and software tools.
• Hands-on enteliWEB deployment and commissioning.
• Experience with central plants, chillers, boilers, and HVAC systems.
• Deep knowledge of BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP.
• Led DDC scope on complex projects from design to turnover.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (domestic/international).
• Valid driver's license; OSHA 10 certification.
