Job summary

Divcon Controls in Houston, TX, seeks a Senior Field DDC Engineer to lead Delta Controls DDC deployments in data center environments. You will program GCL+ logic, configure enteliWEB, and integrate with PLCs and SCADA systems while guiding Field DDC Engineers in the field.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive continuous improvements, and manage complex workstreams from design through commissioning, with travel 50–60% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on DDC programming or building automation experience with Delta Controls focus.
• Expert knowledge of Delta Controls GCL+ programming and enteliWEB deployment.
• Experience commissioning BAS/BMS/EPMS in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, configuration, deployment, and commissioning of Delta Controls DDC systems for data center BAS/EPMS.
• Program advanced GCL+ control logic including HVAC sequences and equipment staging.
• Configure enteliWEB environments with graphics, dashboards, and user roles.
• Develop and maintain controller databases, I/O structures, and network configs.
• Lead integration with PLCs, Ignition SCADA, Kepware, OPC UA, BACnet/IP, Modbus.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of communications, data and hardware.
• Validate DDC system functionality through commissioning and customer acceptance.
• Serve as technical lead on DDC projects without direct people management.
