Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 5+ years of industrial automation or control systems experience.
- Experience with DCS platforms and process manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of ISA-88 batch automation principles.
- Experience with system testing, commissioning, and startup support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and document DCS and batch automation applications.
- Develop control strategies, sequences, interlocks, HMI displays, and batch logic.
- Participate in FATs, SATs, commissioning, startups, and customer training.
- Troubleshoot control system and integration issues.
- Lead small projects or major portions of larger automation projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
